It is slightly soluble in hot water, Ethanol , Methanol and other related organic solvents. 1-Carbamoyl-2-phenylhydrazin is a derivative of Urea and Hydrazine which is made by treating Urea with Phenylhydrazine . It is used as a pharmaceutical intermediate in synthesis of organophosphorus pesticides .
