The Pigment Violet 1 is an organic compound with the formula?C28H31N2O3.xUnspecified.?It is soluble in acetic acid with a strong fluorescent blue and red, slightly soluble in acetone, and easily soluble in fibrinolytic factors. It appears yellow brown and green fluorescence in concentrated sulfuric acid, bright red changes to red after diluted. With the CAS registry number 1326-03-0, it is also named as Xanthylium, 9-(2-carboxyphenyl)-3,6-bis(diethylamino)-, molybdatetungstatephosphate. The other registry number is 39379-50-5.
