The maximum absorption wavelength of Calcein Blue is 360nm. It is used as indicator for the complexometric titration. It also used as metal fluorescent color indicator taht EDTA titrates calcium under high pH and titrates copper, nickel and cobalt under low pH. Calcein Blue may be used for the chelatometric determination of metal ions which form highly coloured complexes with chelatometric reagents.
