Preparation: this chemical can be prepared by 1-Oxy-nicotinic acid, Hydrocyanic acid and Sodium salt. This reaction will need reagent Triethylamine, Chlorotrimethylsilane and solvent Dimethylformamide. The reaction time is 10 hours with reaction temperature of 100 - 110 °C. The yield is about 76%.
