Biological Activity: Prostaglandin with some selectivity for EP 3 and EP 4 receptors (K i values are 1.1, 2.1, 36, 10? and 33 nM for mouse EP 3 , EP 4 , EP 1 , EP 2 and IP receptors respectively). Inhibits platelet aggregation and is a vasodilator in vivo .
