Potassium iodate , with CAS number of 7758-05-6, can be called Iodicacid (HIO3) , potassiumsalt ; Iodicacid [HIO3] , potassiumsalt ; Potassiumiodineoxide (KIO3) ; Potassiu iodate ; Csk standard solution potassium iodate ; Iodic acid potassium salt ; Potassium iddate ; Potassium iodate standard solution . It is soluble in water and also soluble in dilute sulphuric acid but not soluble in ethanol. It is Sensitive.
